Registration Fee

Registration inlcudes lodging, meals, sessions, session materials, access to a private online community, and some bonus treats and surprises!

Registration does not include airfare or ground transportation to or from the campsite or cruise port.

Any additional expenses will be at your discretion.

Travel

The nearest airport for the Glamping Experience is MSP - Minneapolis-St. Paul. There are two terminals, depending on which airline you choose. Both will appear under MSP, knowing which terminal is which will be important for when you leave.

The Glamping site is one hour south of the Twin Cities (Minneapolis-St. Paul).

Participants

The Courage Zone Launch Intensives are for adult women only and are designed to create an environment where you are able to fully engage with the Lord without distraction. We want to do everything we can to foster that environment for you and the other participants.

Dietary Needs

Glamping Intensive: We can, to a certain degree, accommodate some food allergies and vegan/vegetarian diets. Please fill in the appropriate section of the participant portal so we are aware of your needs prior to the retreat.

Unfortunately, without prior notice, accommodations cannot be made once you arrive. Attendees with extreme dietary needs may bring their own food.

Cruise Intensive: There are a great variety of food options available throughout the ship. However, be sure to specify any food allergies or sensitivities for the Celebration Dinner which will be at a Specialty Dining Restaurant with a select menu.

Cruise Information

Details about the Cruise will be posted in October 2022. To be among the first to know when it's available, email your  notification request to hello@latoyabell.com.

Passport Required for Cruise

Be SURE your passport is current and has enough time left on it at the time of the cruise.

• Some countries require that your passport be valid at least six months beyond the dates of your trip.
• Some airlines will not allow you to board if this requirement is not met.

Room Assignments

All rooms are shared and we are unable to accommodate single-occupancy room requests. Roommate assignments are based on prayer and practical considerations that depend on total number of participants, etc.

If you have specific needs for your room, please let us know and we will do our best to assist with those needs. All requests are considered. However, we cannot make guarantees.

The rooms for the Glamping Intensive can range from double, triple, or quad occupancy. For the cruise, the cabins are double occupancy.

Cruise Cabin Upgrades

There are a limited number of  upgraded rooms available for an additional fee. Depending on how many others want the same type of room upgrade, the additional price and occupancy standards may change.

If you want more information on upgrading, first complete your deposit by the due date and then send us an email and specify the type of room you want to upgrade to. We will provide instructions on how to manage your payment plan.

Refunds

All registrations are non-refundable, regardless of circumstances, including but not limited to: weather, natural disaster, acts of terrorism, flight delays or cancellation, health conditions; medical, personal, family, work emergencies; change of mind.

Cancelation 

It is our heart to never cancel and we will do our best to move it to a future date. However, in the unlikely event that a retreat is canceled, attendees will have the option to transfer registration to a future intensive.
